Who is eligible to receive a grant?

Generally grants are available only to address needs that are not met by other funding sources. All recipients must be charitable organizations. Examples of organizations that might qualify for grants are: hospitals, libraries, social service groups and local government. Grants are not made to individuals or businesses.

The Foundation also encourages and supports partnerships among charitable organizations, community groups, service clubs, other foundations and local governments, in order to respond creatively and effectively to local challenges and opportunities.
